Lynne Brown’s career in the field of visual communication and advertising spans over 25 years. A graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta, GA, she honed a natural creative talent and ability early on. Upon graduation she was hired as a graphic artist at Davison’s Department Store (now Macy’s) in Atlanta, and later as associate art director at Haas Coxe & Alexander, a well-regarded firm that provides marketing and consulting services for non-profits.

Lynne was a creative manager from 1989-1999 at Sara Lee Home Shopping in Winston-Salem, NC, and served on the team that produced niche market apparel catalogs. She was instrumental in the development of “Color Me Natural”catalog for African-American women, and “Just My Size” catalog especially for full-figured women. Lynne opened Brio Visual Art in 1999 providing visual art and design for marketing, advertising and branding for clients including Winston-Salem State University, LISC Winston-Salem, The Salvation Army Winston-Salem Area Command, The Southeast Center for Contemporary Art, The Delta Arts Center and Visit Winston-Salem. She is an associate member of Associated Artists of Winston-Salem.
