An experienced public relations and marketing communications professional, Andy Tennille oversees the company’s marketing efforts and creative services.

Prior to joining Excalibur, Andy served as director of public relations at UTStarcom, Inc., a FORTUNE 1000 multinational telecommunications and networking equipment vendor with more than 7,000 employees worldwide. At UTStarcom, Andy drove the company’s corporate messaging and product positioning, collaborating with the company’s executive management team and worldwide marketing organization while managing public relations activities on a global basis.

Before joining UTStarcom in 2004, Andy was an account manager at Engage PR, a full-service public relations and communications agency located in Alameda, CA. Prior to joining Engage PR, he was a municipal government reporter at the High Point Enterprise. A graduate of Woodberry Forest School, Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and journalism from Wake Forest University, serves on the board of trustees at the Southeastern Center of Contemporary Art in Winston-Salem and is a member of the National Advisory Council of the Arts Council of Winston-Salem and Forsyth County and the U. S.-based Advisory Board of the South African Education and Environmental Project (SAEP) in Cape Town.
